Emerging Theatre Showcase – 'Dutxa'

“Dutxa” is an emerging theatre showcase in Valencian, written, directed and performed by Tània Fortea and Mauro Cervera. It starts from a question: if today were the last day, would we change anything? After a fall in the shower, the character looks back over crucial moments of the past and confronts what might have been. The original title places it within an emerging theatre showcase, a format devoted to companies and creators starting out on their path in the performing arts.

The venue

The performances are scheduled at La Rambleta, the cultural centre next to the Parc de la Rambleta, in the Sant Marcel·lí neighbourhood. The centre devotes part of its programme to emerging theatre showcases such as this one, alongside concerts and exhibitions throughout the year.
