Play “Un día feliz” at Sala Russafa
“Un día feliz” is a musical comedy by Teatro Che y Moche, showing at Sala Russafa from 2 to 4 October 2026. This fun show mixes music and humor, following the story of Tereza, a violinist who travels to discover her origins and finds her family trapped in limbo.
Sala Russafa premieres a musical comedy in October that promises emotion and laughter in equal measure: “Un día feliz”, by Teatro Che y Moche, runs on stage from 2 to 4 October 2026.
The play follows Tereza, a Slavic violinist who sets off on a journey back to her roots. On reaching the old factory where her ancestors, also musicians, gave their last great concert, she comes across three generations of her own family trapped in a farcical limbo by a strange curse. The show mixes live music with the humour typical of the company, in a story that spans several generations of the same family saga.
When to go
The Friday and Saturday performances are at 20:00, while the Sunday one starts earlier, at 19:00. Tickets start at 16 €.
Before or after the show
The venue is on calle Denia, in the heart of Ruzafa, so the outing is easily rounded off with a stop around the neighbourhood. For a relaxed round of tapas before entering the theatre, the Bodega Casa Montaña keeps the traditional tapas-bar atmosphere among century-old barrels. For something more informal and quicker, Canalla Bistro offers the most relaxed proposal from Ricard Camarena, also in the neighbourhood. And to linger at the table after the show, Ubik Café combines books and a good bar in the middle of Ruzafa.
