HYROX Youngstars Valencia 2026 takes place on 17 and 18 October at Feria Valencia for participants aged 8 to 15. Registration includes admission for 1 legal guardian.

What ages and exercises does HYROX Youngstars cover?

The categories are ages 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15, determined by the participant’s age on race day. The format combines running with strength and coordination exercises adapted to each group.

Stations include SkiErg, sled pushing and pulling, jumps, rowing, weighted carries, lunges, and ball throws or squats. The exercises vary by age, so preparation should follow the rulebook for the child’s category.

The individual time given by HYROX is the check-in time for the mandatory 25-minute warm-up before the race. Use the start list to plan the child’s and accompanying adult’s arrival.

What to bring and collecting the participant

HYROX asks families to arrive at least 60 minutes before the allocated time. Bring the child’s ID, the guardian’s ID and the ticket QR code.

The child must attend with the parent or legal guardian registered during booking. If that person cannot attend, HYROX requires a consent form signed by the parent or legal guardian authorising another adult. The guardian must collect the child from the finish area immediately after their race.
