Announced programme for the Baroque art course

Art historian Alberto Pancorbo La Blanca directs the course. The lectures cover architecture, spectacle, painting and sculpture:

• 22 October: Baroque architecture with Eduardo Prieto González
• 29 October: the culture of Baroque spectacle with Esther Merino Peral
• 5 November: Velázquez with Fernando Marías
• 12 November: Rembrandt with Alejandro Vergara Sharp
• 19 November: Bernini’s sculpture with Leticia Azcue

How much is the course and where can you book?

CaixaForum advertises a 35 € ticket and links to its official course ticket service. The price covers the complete course. Joining after the course has started does not reduce the full course fee. Before booking, ask the centre which language the lectures are delivered in.

CaixaForum València and other cultural visits

The centre is in the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències at C/ Eduardo Primo Yúfera, 1A. It provides access to every space for visitors with reduced mobility and a hearing loop in the auditorium.
