Outside Cheste, by the A-3, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo is the permanent track of the Valencian Community. It opened in 1999 and hosts the Valencian Community MotoGP Grand Prix.
History
The circuit was born in 1999 as a modern track for Valencian motorcycling and carries the name of rider Ricardo Tormo. Since then it has been the fixed home of the Valencian Community Grand Prix, a round of the championship.
What to see
The stadium-shaped track, with stands ringing the layout, and the Grand Prix mood on race weekends. Outside races, activity follows the testing and events calendar. The town keeps the church of San Lucas and the Brutalist education complex.
