Water and season
It is headwater water, clear and cold, and the pool level drops in late summer, so the best visit is early summer, when the pools are full. The landscape mixes riverbank vegetation, old farmhouses and high views towards the 1,084 m Alt de l'Eixarc on the longer loop. The nearby Naixement del Vinalopó spring completes the same outing.
Getting there
Drive to Bocairent, about 85 km from València; a car is needed, as no public transport reaches the trailheads. Trails leave from the Coveta area and the exact parking is unsigned, so set the walk from the village edge and carry the track.
Tips
- Go in early summer for full pools; late summer finds them low.
- Wear shoes with grip: riverside rock is slippery when wet.
- There are no confirmed bathing rules for the pool; bathe only with care and respect other walkers.
