The Uruguayan master arrives at the Roig Arena
The Uruguayan musician Jorge Drexler, winner of an Oscar for best original song in 2005 for "Al otro lado del río", performs at Roig Arena Valencia with a repertoire that combines South American-rooted song with pop and electronic elements.
The venue
The event takes place at Roig Arena, the arena opened in 2025 next to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, the largest indoor venue in Spain and home of Valencia Basket. It stands very close to other parts of the complex, such as the Hemisfèric, and its retractable stand adapts capacity to both basketball matches and large concerts.
Date, time and price
The concert is scheduled for 16 October 2026 at 21:00, mainland time. Tickets start at €52.80, the price of the cheapest seat; the official Roig Arena website confirms the other price bands and the doors opening time. Anyone travelling from outside Valencia should first check the guide on where to stay in the city, as the venue stands at the far end of the old Turia riverbed, near the sea and some distance from the historic centre.
