What to see in Puebla de San Miguel
Puebla de San Miguel, about 92 km from València, is the smallest municipality of the Rincón de Ademuz, with about 50 residents above 1,100 m. The whole municipality is the Puebla de San Miguel nature park, with the Alto de las Barracas (1,559 m), roof of the Valencian Community.
The 17th-century Baroque San Miguel church faces the houses. The 16th-century Purisima chapel, with Calvary, and the 16th-century San Roque chapel, on the Camarena road, close the walk. The park holds juniper and pine woods and raptors, with cold winters and summer hiking.
The village chapels fill the morning and the nature park, with the 1,559 m Alto de las Barracas, the afternoon. Juniper and pine woods and raptors go with the viewpoints and forests surrounding the village on all sides.
Local tip
