València Design Fest 2026

València Design Fest 2026 brings exhibitions, talks and design walks to venues across the city during September and October. The programme introduces audiences to contemporary craft and the work of emerging designers.

Which Design Fest talks are on in October?

• 5 October: APE Grupo presents The New Habitat 27/28, its design and architecture trends report.
• 6 October: Dan Thawley discusses craft in fashion and luxury.
• 7 October: the IV Design Day has a session on artificial intelligence at 17:00 and a talk by José Manuel Ferrero at 19:30.

These events take place in the Campus Turia auditorium at Universidad Europea de Valencia, on Guillem de Castro, 175. Book an in-person or online place through the page for your chosen session.

Design exhibitions to visit

At the National Ceramics Museum, Andrea Savall’s Que no es muiga explores how women pass on craft skills, including bobbin lace.

La Nau presents Línea, luz, color. Los cómics de Miguel Calatayud. EASD València has announced Darrere de l’Aire as an upcoming exhibition at its Vivers campus, exploring design and craft through the hand fan.

Poland is this edition’s guest country, with Crafting Reality at Pasaje 94. The festival also includes children’s workshops and Art&Design Walks, alongside film and design activities.
