In Ruzafa, this laid-back bistro is the casual side of Ricard Camarena, the Valencian chef whose flagship restaurant carries a Michelin star. Small plates here mix Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean influences with the same produce-driven care, at bar prices (around €35 on average) and its own Repsol Sun. Cosmopolitan and unpretentious: the rebellious face of a serious chef.
